I can't log in

I can't log in

I got my Spotify premium while i was traveling, and i have been using it at home for 6 months at home no problem. I accidentally logged out and when I tried to log back ot it keeps telling me I'm logging in from failure different country and won't let me. Can someone please help me out

Have you tried to log in via the website? And update your payments details?

 

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Select Subscription in the menu on the left. 
  3. Click UPDATE.
  4. Enter your payment details. Make sure this is one that was issued in your new country. Youโ€™ll then be prompted to change your accountโ€™s country settings. 
  5. Your settings will change to the new country from your next billing date.
