I can't log in

Hello, my school have deleted my email, and as clumsy as I am I do have forgotten my password. And it doesn't work to change my email adress if I do not can my password and I can't reset my password if I don't have access to my email. Is there any possibillity to change the password via sms or something?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that recovered for you after verifying a few personal details to prove it is your account. Just be sure to use a working email address in the first box 😉 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
