I can't log into spotify - Keeps coming up with circle with cross

hi,

I cannot log into my spotify account on my computer.

I've restarted my computer, deleted the program & reinstalled.

I've changed my password also to see if that helps, but nothing.

I enter my username + password & it comes up with a red circle with a cross through it and i cannot get any further.

Can you please help.

Hey @demijayyyyyyy, welcome to the community!

Let's try logging in by typing your full email address and password, but make sure the email address is in all lowercase.

Also, make sure you're typing the password as you last set it since it's case sensitive.

I have tried this and still not working - I've removed the device from the acc also but that is not working.
It's like it's frozen on the log in page.

Are you able to send us a screenshot of the error you're getting, while making sure no personal info such as your email, username, or password's left showing?
