I cannot believe a company as big as Spotify is, wanting to be bigger, cannot solve an issue where their customers cannot log in... Moreover, there is no way to get a hold of them directly and get any type of customer service. They are hiding behind the CURTAIN of the web!
I have made it reset my password to back up my account on Spotify. It worked nicely for few days, and then I got the same stupid notification again, about how an access to their site is unavailable, and if I want to access to my account, I need to upgrade to Premium. ...HELL NO! Not giving money to a company that won't give me a way to contact them when their product has problems! Seriously, this is getting frustrating! And what kinda company this is, when my Windows defender is flagging their application as Potentially Unwanted Program? How can I trust this service, when they are offering something that is getting blocked by Windows Defender?
