I can't login anymore, neither from Pc nor from smartphone.

My Question or Issue

Since yesterday I can't login to my Spotify account, that I created by "log in by facebook".

Both my smartphone and my PC, via app or browser can't give me access to my account.

I've tried:

- erasing cache and app data on my smartphone

- reinstalling Spotify on my smartphone

- disconnecting the account from my Facebook account and logging in again

- trying to log in by username or email, or to reset my password, gets me only a bunch of "oops something went wrong, try later", "The username or email address you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account"

Right now I'm writing from another account. I checked if the account I cannot access is still there, searching for my name and my playlist names and... it's still there!
