I can’t login on PlayStation

I no longer have access to my original PlayStation account which is connected to my Spotify account. Is there anyway I can unlink them since there is no way that I can log into my PlayStation account anymore.

That doesn’t work because I don’t have access to the PlayStation account I don’t even have any details such as the username for psn and when I try to log into my actual ps account it’s says it’s already being used

You can unlink your PSN account from Spotify by contacting Sony customer support here and letting them know your username. Make sure to let me know how this goes.
