I can't login

Hello, i'm from German and i've got a problem with Spotify... When i log in to my account with my right data i get kicked after 2 - 4 seconds.. with the message error 9 wrong name or wrong password but when i but a anothing password i didnt loged in ... i tried to login in webbrowser and on my mobile phone. there i have the same problem. here is a example video: http://sendvid.com/1ccb6jql . i have contact the spotify support ... but i got no anwser after 4 weeks. ._. and i miss music please help me.

I can't reset my password i write my name order the mail i get the mail i open it and i get a error... the page says: "this url is incorrect or already used"

Try requesting a new password reset link and then open it in another browser or in an ingocnito window.

at the first time i reset my passwort but the new passwort didn't work the old password workt again now i can't reset it

Sometimes your browser cached your data, which can cause issues when you try to reset your password, but you can work around this by opening the reset link in a private/incognito window where no data is stored. Simply open your web browser and then open a private session. After that, go back to your email and copy and paste the password reset link into the address bar in the private session.

This should do the trick!
