Whenever I try to log in to my account

It keeps telling me "enjoying your trip, tell us where you are at spotify.com" 

I really wanna listen to music, so can someone please help me

Right now, you can use Spotify while you're abroad in a different country for 14 days, if your account is Free.

You'll need to update the country, or get Premium to continue using it as usual.

Just to confirm, are you currently in the USA? Also, were you previously living in a different country?

In the meantime, try following this troubleshooting to make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts that could be causing this.

No I am not currently in the USA I go there to spend vacation with family
members but when I downloaded Spotify I was in the USA but I live in
St.Maarten

In this case, since Spotify isn't available in St.Maarten, you won't be able to use the account there. However, all your music and playlists will be there when you go back to the USA.

Interesting, but then why are there people in St.Maarten with Spotify
accounts working perfectly fine

Check your IP address to see if it shows the same country in your profile. Changing it may solve this problem.

How do I do that?, because that is just unfair if that's the case, you
should stop everyone that has spotify where I live
