I can't open my account, I have subscription until July 2025

My account signed out last night, my gcash account was also unlinked. I know my log in credentials are correct. It just automatically log off. And I can't open it anymore. I have premium subscription until July 2025

Can you let me know what happens when you try to log in? If you're getting a wrong email and password combination error, I'd recommend you try having a password reset here with the email linked to your account.
