I can't play any tracks!

I can't play any tracks!

Hi!
I have Spotify Premium n all the sudden I can't play any tracks, on My mobile or computer. All tracks is lightgrey n unplayable.
Whats wrong?
Please help me!!

It looks like the subscription was cancelled on your account, due to a lost/forgotten card. Is this not correct?

 

If not, we apologise for the mistake. You should be able to restart your Premium subscription at http://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

Ahh, yes, kost My card last month. Have a new one now, just registrated it. Does it take som time for premium to get active again cus its still not working.

Your subscription looks fine to me, but make sure you're logging in with the 'miasmile' username only, rather than an email address.
