I can't reach to my original account or i can't send a password reset mail to it

So recently i can not open my spotify account in my computer or phone , i tried to send a password recovery e-mail to my own e-mail but it said there is no mail such as to be registered. So i treid it from my spotify account name which is *********** , it said that it send a mail , so i checked my mail which is ***********@*****.com, which is my original account name and original e-mail but i can't reach to them so i opened this one ,and there was no sign of a mail that was said to be send, i refreshed for 5 minutes but nothing appared. I am suspecting this act was caused by a previous family premium membership send from my bigger brother, but i failed somehow and wrote ''narmara''  , which should have been ''marmara'' just a n-m missclick i didnt see . but i still used it for 2 days so i was no more worried that it will cause me any trouble. But yea this is my problem.. i hope you can help me and i hope it can be fast 🙂
