I can't remember my email or password to my premium family account?

I am trying to cancel my premium family subscription so I can join my mothers premium duo plan. I could not remember the email I used to create the account, and all my devices are now logged out. I need the email, and the password, so I can go in and cancel the premium family and retrieve my account.
