I can't save an address to my account.

I can't save an address to my account and it's preventing me from getting a month of premium. I've looked up what I can, but nothing works.

Sorry to hear that this is happening.


What you can try is the following:

  • Try clearing the cache of your browser and using an incognito window to update your address info.
  • Try using a different browser or device.
  • Try entering the address of a nearby shop or bigger building. Sometimes addresses are not registered in the database and this can cause such errors.

We've received some reports by other users about the same issue as well. The right folks at Spotify are working on resolving it, but for the time being try the steps from above.
