I can't search for music on my Android

I can't search for music or artists on my app, it keep showing this error message. I'm already reset my phone and reinstall the app and doesn't work. Could someone help, please?!

Hi there,

I recommend you to try doing the following things:

• Remove all offline devices from your account page (this means you have to redownload all offline music again). Then reinstall with these steps.
• Try a different network. This is very important since having an unstable network coverage may cause trouble when using Spotify online and searching for music. Make sure you try different WiFi networks. 
• Try logging in on another device to see if there's something with the account itself.
