I can't see my friends most viewed artists

My name is Aránzazu Castillo and I'm a premium user. I have a problem I cant's see my friends most viewed artists. Instead it suggests me to share one of my fav songs ( even in my own profile)

Muy username is aranlane. I´ve had that problem before and it´s really annoying since It took a few days to be solved. These kind of problems are making me reconsider my premium account. I've tried login with my username  since that's the one I use everyday but it's the same. Why the sudden change? please answer me at aranlane84@gmail.com.

Hey, welcome to the Community.

It might be the case that your friends have chosen not to publish their Top Artists.

As you can see, this is an option you can pick in the Preferences:

Nope I cant see any of them ( and I used to) not even mine, i´ve tried activating and deactivated them but it doesn't work

I've had a look at your profile myself and could only see your Top Tracks, not Artists. Do you definitely have both boxes checked?

Also, are you on Mac/Windows? And which version of Spotify are you using?

I have both checked, I am on mac and i´m using the last version. It' shows my fav songs in my profile but as to share them with people. and in all profiles I access they show the same songs to share ( not my friends favourites).

When did you last reinstall Spotify? I think that might be a good step, to put all the settings back to their original setting.

I am having the same problem.  I have ALWAYS had my "show top artists" box checked, and it still is, but I can't see them now.  At the top of my profile it simply suggest that I send myself my favorite songs.

Little update, we're looking into this at the minute. Hopefully, it should be sorted soon.

If this is something you like to know: In Windows Phone Top Artists are blank. In Windows "Send username one of your favorite tracks".

Hello Richard, It has happened again and I can't see my most played artists, neither the most played of my friends, can you fix it again? It's very upsetting 😞
