I can't seem to change my email info

I'm trying to exchange my email so i may reuse it for a premium account, without the secuirity limitations of the Facebook social media site....

I have updated my Facebook email as instructed on the account page, it has been 48 hours and it has not updated.

I have cleaned the cookies and cache, I am using the latest version of Google Chrome, and I have attempted to access the Contact Form with  results reminiscent of the Eagles' "Hotel California".

I have been reading the other posts on account deletion and profile updating and have been following the patternized procedures without results..

Could I have a touch of assistance so I can finally set up my Premium account and continue to enjoy Spotify?

My ideal solution would allow me to reuse the same email, and I am comfortable with deletion of my account as I'm planning to delete the connected FB profile afterword anyway.

This sounds odd. Do you get an error code when trying to use the contact form? Can you post a screenshot?
Furthermore, when you registered for Spotify did you use your Facebook details or create a username and linked facebook afterwards? Unfortunately in the first case, it's not possible to un-link facebook from your Spotify account...
