I can't set up a new account with my email address. It was possibly used when my daughter included me in a family account. I now wish to set up a Premium account

We suggest you ask your daughter to double-check if they're using your email address by logging into their Account Overview.

If she is using it, she can change it from there. After that, you shouldn't have any trouble signing up for a new account.
