I can't subscribe to a premium account paid by credit card on the website

Hello,

I've wanted to subscribe to a premium account for a week already but the credit card paiement page has a bug or something. It keeps buffering and it doesn't help to try a another wifi connection or computer, the page is still kind of frozen.

I don't want to subscribe to a paypal account but I also want to become a Spotify premium member.

Can you do something? Or is it a bug on the french subscription page ?

Sorry to hear that you are having some issues. 

Please try emptying your cache and try adding your payment details via incognito mode.

I have the same exact problem. And when I tried in my phone it wont take my credit card.

Also having issues with this! It wont take my credit card!!! its so frustrating! Tried it on 3 different PC's but it wont work anywhere.
