I can't sync my playlists to IPhone

Hi

My Spotify on iphone5 starts syncing to offline and then after a while I get a message that the "sync is paused" though i'm still on wifi etc. Is has been like this for 1 week now, what can i do? 😞

Is the screen going to sleep when this happens?

According to the help pages this is caused by the device turning off WiFi when the charger is not connected. 

Suggestions: a) Keep the screen awake whilst synching. b) Connect your charger.

Ive read that, but i tried yesterday and it doesent work. Can the problem be that im using spotify on several places? like on my mac, iphonex2 and the pc at work...and also i have a sister that borrowed my account for a time ago..?

Shouldn't do, how much free space do you have on your device? 

Synching especially on iOS will normally stop when you have less than 1GB of free space since the operating system won't let the Spotify app use all available space.
