I can't use my premium

i bought a card with premium code. I used code on spotify reedem, but my premium account isn't working. What's wrony?

Hey @Mac_94PL, welcome to the community! Where did you purchase the card and was the card applied to your account? Some merchants make you wait 3 hours before you can redeem a Spotify gift card. Did you redem it to the correct account?

I bought card in Mall. I always buy premium card in this shop. I used card in my account, but I have't a recipt in my mail. I see Free in my profile on my account on phone, but in my account in browser I see premium. I udem premium by card for 3-4 years 😕

Still online i buy this for 1 day and i have redem code today i buy this in shop in Norway
