I cancel my Premium and Im still paying

Not long ago, like a month, I cancelled my Premium and I can't cancel it anymore, not on the website. But yesterday, 07-01-2016, I saw that I'm still paying for Premium. I would like to know why I payed and if I can get my money back because I didn't cancel my Premium for nothing.
