I canceled my premium and still got charged

• I would like spotify to give me a refund of 10.99 for the premium i canceled i got proof of the payement made in my account and did cancel the premium it's not the first time it happen and still wonder why you don't have call support. Please refund the quickest you can because i dont want premium anymore and need my money back.

I tried everyway and let's say i find it very difficult to get to the real deal... i dont want the premium i canceled a week before the renew and still get charged i want my money back pls !

Bear in mind you cannot get a refund if you've been charged with the regular price and 14 days have passed. It's our users' responsibility to check the status of their subscription.
