I canceled my premium subscription months ago however I am still being charged...

I canceled my premium subscription months ago however I am still being charged...

I cancelled my subscription months ago and I thought maybe I would just be charged an extra month because I cancelled at the end of the month. However I have still been charged! Futhermore when I login to spotify.com and look at my "Subscription" tab, it says I am not a part of spotify premium... i just want to get this resolved... help!

Sorry to hear that you are having billing troubles. I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support direclty as they are the only team that can handle billing inquiries. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
