I canceled my premium three month trial a month ago and I've just been charged today!

I canceled my premium three month trial a month ago and I've just been charged today!

I've never been more absolutely sure about anything in my life more than right now. Not only was I charged wrongly, it put my account into the negatives, which will cause more money to be charged to me. I need this corrected as quickly as possible and I've summited my woes to the support twitter page and the contact from. Please help!

I have had the same issues and just realized I have over 140.00 in charges from spotify that were not authorized by me!!! where is tech support assistance with these issues I have spent an hour trying to find help for this????
