I cancelled Spotify after the free trial and just discovered that I'm still getting charged...

Hello,

I signed up for the free trial a year ago and cancelled after it ended. I checked my bank account statement today and noticed for the first time a charge of $10.69 and it said "RECURRING PAYMENT to Spotify etc. of $10.69". I went into my spotify account and checked to see if I had premium and I did not. I assume that I have been getting charged this amount for the entire year, because my statement only allows me to check as far as 3 months back and each month on the 24th I was charged the same thing. I work hard for my money and this is just not fair at all. I demand a full refund. I hope to get this sorted out as soon as possible. Thanks.
