I cancelled but still got charged 10$??? Can o get a refund!

My trial of premium was to end on the the 19th so I cancelled on tbe 18th but still got charged the 9.99$ can I get my refund because it doesn't make sense to be charged for the month and have the premium cancelled? So I got charged for nothing. I would like a refund! Who should i contact.?

Hey @Noesprincess,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
