I cancelled my Premium account but it still shows up

I cancelled my Premium account but it still shows up

Hi, I did the 3 months for 99 cents thing and cancelled it the day it expired. I got on today to look up a song and it showed I'm still on premium. I'm a poor college student an I know I don't have enough money right now for next months subscription, however I don't wanna be charges for it when I do.
I got a confirmation email when I cancelled so isk what to do.
I really like spotify and hope to join again when I'm not rationing instant ramen.

Double check your account page to see if it shows that you have cancelled:

It still says I have a premium account. I got an email confirming I had cancelled it just a few days ago though.

And I can't find a thing to cancel it. All it says is "stay premium"

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you with this

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Also, look on the account page to see if it shows a date when it will expire.

 

Usually when you cancel the account, it will still have premium if there are still days remaining on your account.

Thanks so much for your help! The date it has says march 25th.

I have the same problem but it doesn't say when it expires and it says "go online in 28 days" it has been more than a week and it hasn't changed from 28 days.
