I cancelled my account but still was charged

Hello,

I tried the free trial of Spotify. When the free trial was almost over I decided that I wanted to remove my credit card information since I did not want to start paying for a subscription at the end of the free trial.

Spotify did not allow me to do this and I was informed that I could only cancel the subscription when the free trail was over. Now the free trial is over and I have cancelled, yet I was still charged for a month subscription! I would like to get a refund, as I would not want this to get in the way of me enjoying Spotify.

I did that and I got an automated response that told me to post here.

But I just recieved another email from Spotify and I got my refund. So everything worked out 🙂
