I cancelled my subscription and still got charged later

Hello, i cancelled my subscription as my old one was about to run out, i did it on my phone and it confirmed that it was cancelled however, i still got charged yesterday for a new month and it shows that my subscription still stands (i cancelled it about a week ago) what am i supposed to do?

Select these Options:
Subscriptions -> I canceled subscription, but have still been charged -> I still need help
If they will reply with a no-reply email, reply to it, even though it is a no-reply.
