I recently cancelled my subscription on Spotify Premium about a week before I have to pay it. Today I checked my bank account and Spotify still took my money. So I thought I should watch on the website and it still says that I have a subscription, but I got a mail that says that I cancelled it.
Please help me!

If your profile says you still have Premium, cancel it again, and delete your payment info, regardless of what the email says.
Once canceled, you'll still be on Premium for the remainder of the month you've paid for, but after that it will revert back to Free.

My profile says that I have still premium, but I can't cancel it anywhere. I already reversed my money on my bankaccount.
What does it show when you click on 'View Details'?
