Hi there,

 

Thanks for the post and welcome to the Community! 

 

Most likely you're logged in with a different Spotify account than the one on which you've activated Premium. It's a good idea to check you’re using the right login details.  Log out and back in, as this can force an update between your device and account.

 

To check if you're logged in the right account, go to your account page and scroll to Your plan. If you see that the account is on Premium, that means you're in the correct one. If it says 'free' this means that you most likely have your Premium on another account. This can happen if you've created an account through Facebook, Apple log-in or have used a similar email address, like user@gmail.com and user@hotmail.com, for example.

Hola cambie de móvil cuando ingreso a mí cuenta ya no puedo acceder a premium aparece la leyenda cuenta gratuita pero desde mí tarjeta se paga la suscripción, ya inicie nueva sesión, cambie de contraseña, y sigo sin poder acceder a premium, con quien puedo hablar par solucionar el problema 

Tomei chuva com meu celular e ele queimou e minha conta do Spotify tava logado e eu tinha assinado o Premium e não consigo acessar
