I cannot add a new artist in Spotify for Artists

Hi, I am trying to (without any success) trying add a new artist in Spotif for Artists.

The previous 3 went through fine, but this is my fourth one and I cannot add it for some reason. Is thee a limit to how many you can have? How can I follow up to get this account added?

It's odd that you're unable to request access to another artist.

Could you please provide more info about the issue? For example, are you seeing any error messages?

A screenshot could be very helpful, too.

Hi, no errors, I just go through the normal application route, put in my details - and then nothing happens. I've done it three times already, twice on desktop and once through my mobile (android). Any ideas how I can get it done? I've got my song on playlists and there are promotions too and I cant check anything.
