I cannot cancel my subscription

I can't cancel through anything, not my phone, not itunes and not on here. I don't have the black button to cancel, i only have a button suggesting I try premium. This is really frustrating.

This is odd, as there should be an option to cancel if you're subscribed to Premium directly through us.

Can you let me know what type of subscription you're currently subscribed to (Student Discount, Premium for Family, 30-day Trial, 7-day trial)?
