I cannot change my country settings

Hey everyone,

I really try to change my country settings for over 2 hours and now I am running out of ideas...

I moved to USA from Germany so my current coutry is Germany.

-I checked my Ip-Adress; it says that I'm in the USA

-My payment method is an American paypal account, when I try to verify this it shows me a button: "change to US", but when I click on it ... nothing happens.

-My E-Mail is also American.

-I am not able to change my country in my profile, it shows me a grey field and I cannot select from a list.
