I cannot change my payment methods.

I cannot change my payment methods.

The card I have used to pay Spottify with has expired. I would like to change the payment methods, but when I select the radio button with the new credit card logo and click "next" it shows: Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area

 

Please help!
