Hey There

I have a new credit card and its not possible to change the information of the credit card. I always get a message that this is an invalid payment method. However, I can use the credit card elsewhere. Can someone please help me with this?

It's important to try using an incognito window and a different browser/device.

If the card still doesn't work, we advise you to contact your bank to find out what the reason for the failed payment attempts might be. In the meantime you can use a different payment method.
