I have a free account and my region is Australia. I am travelling in Canada for a few months and Spotify does not let me login, both laptop and Android app. I think it has something to do with the IP address as I am overseas. I tried changing my country but it does not accept my postcode as the following error appeared when I tried to change:

"The postal code you entered was not valid for the selected country."

Hey @duckman1611, welcome to the Community!

 

That's odd. Do you have any trouble updating your country setting using an incognito window? Also, if the device you're using to update the country setting has a VPN enabled, disabling it could help.

I dont have VPN. and I have tried with Incognito mode but not successful
