I cannot make the family plan work

I have tried to upgrade to the family plan, and cannot make it work.  My family was always getting a message that the address is not the same, but it is.  I tried cancelling the premium and starting again, but I cannot do that either.  At this point I am pretty sure I am paying for something I cannot use.  

How do I get customer support?  I have been working on this for 90 minutes now.  I am in tears!  Please help!
