I cannot play some music, it appears grayed and I receive the message that I am connected with other device, see screenshot.

I tried to exit from All Device, but I still have the issue.None of the below information is required. However, the more you provide the easier it will be for us to try and help.

I restarted witj no succes.

I don't want to reinstall the app, I will loose my 10Gb of downloaded music.
