I cant change my amail

When I try to change my email so I can get Spotify premium it says I already have an account to that email but then when I try to sign in it says that there is no account in that name. Even when I try to email a confirmation to reset stuff it wont send me an email.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

I recommend checking the spam/junk folder(s) of your email account, just in case you missed any emails from Spotify. 

Also, keep in mind that errors might happen if you've put in too many password reset requests at once in the system. You might need to wait a little bit before entering your info in Password reset link again.
