Hello,

i'm french, living in France, but my account show GB.

When i want to change in the profil menu. I select country, but i have only one country : GB.

could you help me?

Glad to have you on the Community. No worries - help's here.

When you create a new account the country settings should be automatically matched based on your actual location. If you're on Spotify Free, it should be possible to change the country following the steps outlined on this support page. Just make sure you don't have any VPN enabled.

In case you're on a Premium plan, you need to enter a payment method issued in that country.
