My account was a premium but it is turned to free account suddenly.I didnt understand why? And i must pay money with my card anyway.Please HELP

Hey believe me i tried everything 🙂 What can i do for stop my membership or log in my premium account again? The problem is that my membership still continue and my money is paid but i didnt enter my premium acount, my account turned to free acount
