I cant log in because I have 2 accounts linked to my email

I am trying to log into SPotify on web player but it logs me into my old free account when I enter my email and password and when I log in through facebook.

I have a new premium UK account and have been using this for the past year with no issue, but can't log into it on web player. When I log in with my credentials and email or facebook it takes me to my free account I set up in Ireland years ago.

I think I have two accounts linked to one email and facebook, how do I change this? Help!

im not 100% sure how to fix that but if you long into your old acc and go to settings you can sign out of that account on all devices which may do something or you may be able to just change the email in the settings
