I cant use my premium account

My banking account charged fee for premium spotify account everymonth. But my account cant use premium spotify. So I dont know how to do? Could u help me resolve this problem? I have been paid for premium account for ~7 month, but i cant use premium service.

Hi,

Can you logon via spotify.com?

In your bill, there is an email at the bottom, is that yours? If so, logon with this email address, use forgot password if you don't remember it anymore.

I still log on my account by that email, but my account is not premium. That is my problem

Did you signup using facebook or spotify?

If you signup using spotify, did you connect to facebook afterwards? If so, do you logon using facebook or spotify?

I signed up by my facebook account and then I linked my account to email.  I think so, I dont remember exactly. Now I logon by spotify.
