I changed country and now status account is Free

I buy spotify in UK for 12 months Premium, but now I'm in Italy, Spotify app said me to change country settings, for continue to use it.

I changed country settings to Italy, but now the account status is Free in both PC e smartphone app.

What can I do?

With premium you should be able to travel with no trouble and you don't have to update country settings: https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/search_play/travel-with-spotify/

Was your premium still active when you got to Italy?

Did you move to Italy, or are you just on vacation?

Yes, I live in Italy, and it worked in the last week.
