I changed my Facebook email but it didn't change on Spotify.

My Question or Issue

 I changed my facebook email because I lost mail attached to that account and now, I messaged Spotify Customer Service and I just saw that my mail is still not changed. If it's necessary, I can PM some mod my Facebook's account settings page to show that my mail has changed since then.

Welcome to the community!

Since your account was created using your Facebook credentials (or it's linked to it), these changes could take up to two weeks to be updated on Spotify's side.

If the changes aren't reflected in your Spotify account after this period of time, please try clearing your browser's cache and logging out and back into your account. If the problem persists, try unlinking and relinking your Facebook account; please follow these instructions to do so:

1. Open the Spotify desktop app.
2.  In the top-right corner, click   > Settings.
   
3. Under Social, click DISCONNECT FROM FACEBOOK.
4. Click CONNECT TO FACEBOOK.
5. Enter your Facebook details and click Log In.

If you don't see the option to disconnect from Facebook, it’s likely you created your account through Facebook instead of only linking to it. In this case, you will need to give the Spotify customer support team a shout from here. They should be able to help resolve this issue.
