My Question or Issue

Now I cannot go back to my previous account (premium) where all my old playlists are in. The strange thing is, is that I'm still paying for it and that it still exists. If I log-in with my email I now go to the new free-account i don't want.

Same problem here. I DON'T understand WHY new accounts are created when an e-mail is already in use. I WASN'T able to get my previous account even if I've asked by chat as the security procedure is ridiculous. In your case, I'll stop paying for the previous account.
