I couldn't start 60 day free trial

Today I subscribed for student discount and expected to start free premium version for 60 days. Yet after I sent my transcript as a proof that I am student, I still did not get the premium version. Although I haven't got the free trial they also took the one month payment from my credit card. What must I do? Can someone please help?

Hey @mjceyhun, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

The payment on your statement should show as pending/pre-auth, meaning no money's been taken. The funds should reappear on your statement soon. Remember that it may take a few days for manual verification to be completed. For now, we suggest keeping an eye on your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for an email from SheerID.

 

In the meantime, you can subscribe for the 60-day Premium trial here.

When I try again for the premium and write my credit card informations, it says payment is not successful. Should I wait for few days?
