I'd like to disconnect my old facebook account and link Spotify to my new one

so I subscribed to Spotify using my facebook with email jerome_arguelles12@yahoo.com..

my problem is that, I created a new facebook account with the same email..

now everytime I log in to Spotify, it tells me I should use my facebook credentials to log in..

but I already deactivated my old facebook.. I tried signing up again but it tells me the email is already taken..

how do I disconnect my old facebook and link my new facebook without changing my email? btw I have a premium subscription in Spotify and just turned off automatic renewal.. please send me messages in my email
