I deleted facebook... How do I change my details?

A year ago I got rid of Facebook because I think its awful.

Today I went to change my account details and it wouldn't let me.

I did a bit of digging and I must have created my account via Facebook.

There is some advise suggesting I disconnect from Facebook - there is nothing in settings to do this either on a browser or desktop app and I no longer have Facebook so I can't disconnect from that side if that was a thing.

I have an artiast account linked to my profile, loads of playlists I love, 100's of liked tracks...

How can I get control of my account details. I need to change my email address...

If you've created your Spotify account through Facebook, your account details are automatically set. That's why it is not possible to change them on the account overview page.

Don't worry. You can contact out support team here. They can help you update the account details.
